Narisoa Juliette Ranarivelo

Narisoa Ranarivelo is a native of Mahajanga, Madagascar.
She has lived and worked in Mauritius and Nigeria. She currently resides in San Diego, California with her husband and two daughters, where she also works in the banking business.
John "Jeff" Scroggin

Jeff Scroggin has practiced as a business, tax and estate planning attorney in Atlanta for 30 years. He holds the following degrees from the University of Florida: B.S.B.A. (Accounting), 1974; Juris Doctorate, 1977; Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.), 1979.
Mr. Scroggin has taught tax law at the University of Florida Law School and College of Business. He was a CPA with Arthur Andersen's nationwide estate planning group. He is a Nationally Accredited Estate Planner and has received the coveted "AV" rating by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Scroggin serves as Editor-in-Chief of the NAEPC Journal of Estate and Tax Planning and is the author of over 200 published articles and columns.
Jeff has been involved in planned giving for over 25 years. He serves as Chairman of the North Fulton Community Fund and is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (2002-present), where he serves as Co-Chairman of the Long Range Planning Committee.
Jeff brings his 30 years of charitable and planning experience to the Advisory Council of PFM.
Juliette Ravelojaona Bass

Juliette R. Bass is a native of Madagascar. She is a language teacher and has taught English, French, and Spanish at Walton High School in DeFuniak Springs, Florida for several years.
She has lived in other countries but most of her life has been lived in Madagascar and the USA. She is a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida.
Catherine Howton

Catherine Howton was raised in U.K., Morocco and Libya as a child.
She has always loved foreign cultures and wants to help the people and children of Madagascar. She lived and worked in Germany for nine years. She now manages properties in Fort Walton Beach and is looking forward to visiting PFM's work in Madagascar.
Lucia B. Duncan
Lucia B. Ducan has 30 years of legal experience representing domestic and international corporate clients, primarily in information technology.
Lucia is an expert in technology transactions and other intellectual property matters, with significant expertise in complex, collaborative negotiations. Her experiences encompass the creation and evolution of a variety of transactional documents as well as contract policy and process management.
She is also a certified mediator and arbitrator, and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
Paul Tankersley

Paul Tankersley is a Certified Professional Engineer who is founder and partner of a consulting company that designs electrical power, lighting, and signal systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, specializing in school systems. He is an Electrical Engineer with over twenty years experience, and his management, organizational, and financial skills are a great asset to PFM.
Dana Azar
Dana Azar is an accomplished attorney and has practiced law as a Litigator in the Atlanta metropolitan area for over twenty-five years. She currently specializes in Family Law which includes domestic relations with a strong interest in children's rights, and she has taught as an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Georgia State University. She has written and presented a number of articles dealing with a wide range of legal issues. She offers PFM legal expertise in children and family issues, which are of primary interest for PFM.
Christine Money
Christine Money is a career Corrections Executive who has received national and international recognition for her highly successful, innovative rehabilitation programs for men, women, and young adults. She has been Warden of four significantly diverse and challenging facilities. She has recruited volunteers, mentors, non-profit, and faith-based organizations. She has extensive experience in marshalling individuals, groups, and communities to support humanitarian projects. Her experience and connections with non-profits, as well as her experience in developing long-term and short-term programs, will greatly assist PFM.
Chuck Duff 
Chuck Duff is a career executive with 45 years experience in both national and regional organizations, both publicly-held and private. He has served as CEO, President, Vice President, and corporate consultant.
He is a Certified Marketing Executive (CME) with experience in both start-up and non-profit organizations. He has had full fiscal and operational responsibilities and has developed customized training programs, seminars, and workshops for universities and corporations featuring self-help development.
Darlene Akins
Darlene Akins is a highly experienced senior administrative manager and a professional court reporter. She has served as a corporate Chief Financial Officer and has considerable legal and accounting skills.
Bill McMurry

Bill McMurry is widely experienced and skilled in government, university, non-profit and business. He has served as Director of Research and Training for the Georgia Municipal Association, Director of Community Services at Georgia State University, and Assistant Director for Georgia State Housing. In these positions he has linked resources and provided technical experience to individuals and communities in low and moderate income housing. For the last 20 years he has practiced residential real estate in Atlanta. Currently, he is developing homes in Nicaragua.
His expertise will be a significant asset in developing funding, offering management insight, and assessing housing needs in Madagascar.
Elaine M. Damon
Elaine (Lanie) Damon is a broadly experienced and extensively-trained professional in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She has worked in virtually every educational field from junior high and middle school to the corporate world. Her resume includes consulting in career management and development. She works as a facilitator, speaker, trainer, and consultant. She is affiliated with a number of professional associations she also serves on other boards.
