Clint's Vision

After living and working with the Malagasy people for over twenty years, Clint is in a unique position to understand the needs, struggles and dreams of the Malagasy people. Clint knows the resilience of the Malagasy and sees PFM as the vehicle to maximize the genius already within Malagasy culture and link that genius to the cultural energy needed to overcome the psychology of dependency.

Yolande's Vision

Yolande's Vision

Growing up in one of the poorest villages of Madagascar and having "lived the life" of the people gives Yolande a unique perspective and hopeful spirit for what her people can achieve through innovative partnerships.

From cultivating rice fields to working in "sweat shops" of the urban centers to maintaining a woman's dignity in an oppressive context, Yolande has committed herself to channeling her passion and compassion for helping her people unleash their potential for leadership and growth.
